RSPB – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The organiser is: Family, Kids and Youth (private company) whose registered office is at P.O. Box 25, 122 Watling St, Radlett, Herts, WD7 8QR.
Entry for the prize draw is one entry per school per month in December 2016, January 2017, February 2017, March 2017, April 2017, May 2017, June 2017 and July 2017.
The prize per month is 1 x £50 to contribute to school funds.
The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.
Employees of Aldi / RSPB or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
Entrants to the prize draw must be 18 years old or over.
Entry to the prize draw will be submitted once the survey has been completed and if participants choose to opt in.
Closing date for each month’s entry will be midnight on the last day of each month. After this date the no further entries will be permitted.
The prize draw will be undertaken by the 25th of the month following the closing date.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the organiser.
The organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize draw details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The winner will be chosen using a random computer process.
The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the draw If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 42 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The organiser will notify the winner when the prize will be distributed.
The £50 will be issued by cheque made payable to the school.
The organiser’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in entrants being removed from the prize draw.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date to other prize draw entrants by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Family, Kids and Youth, P.O. Box 25, 122 Watling St, Radlett, Herts, WD7 8QR. Contact details of the winner will be held on FK&Y’s secure server. Aside from other prize draw entrants when requested, details will not be passed onto a third party without express permission from the winner. After 28 days all contact details will be destroyed. Data will be treated in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and the Data Protection Act 1998.
RSPB is excluded from liability in relation to this prize draw. In addition, entrants cannot indemnify the RSPB against any claims from a third party for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
